Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size/color exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Instructions for returns within the ITALIAN REPUBLIC

  1. To request a return authorization, you must make a return request by email to shop@vandaboutique.com indicating the order reference and the item to be returned.
     You will find this information on the invoice we sent you with your purchase.
     Indicate the address and date (Monday to Friday) where the package to be returned must be collected.

  1. The return shipment made with the courier indicated by VANDA BOUTIQUE will be FREE for returns made WITHIN the ITALIAN REPUBLIC.
    If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.

  2. Return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.

  3. We will send a GLS courier to the address you specify, where at the time of collection you will need to fill in the form provided by the courier and then attach it to the package.

Instructions for returns OUTSIDE the ITALIAN REPUBLIC

  1. To request a return authorization, you must make a return request by email to shop@vandaboutique.com indicating the order reference and the item to be returned.
  2. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  3. The return shipment must take place within 7 days of the return authorization by VANDA BOUTIQUE provided by Tracking.

Return types:

  1. Size/color change
    You can only exchange for a different size or color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.

  2. Reimbursement
    The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the VANDA BOUTIQUE warehouses and the items have been checked.
    For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.
    For orders paid with Paypal or Bank Transfer the amount will be refunded to the original account.
    The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be refunded to the customer only if all purchased items are returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The tags on the returned items must not be cut or torn. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use.

  • Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

  • Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.

  • Returns must be shipped in the box that arrived with the self-adhesive seal on the lid. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.

  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by VANDA BOUTIQUE, the customer is invited to immediately contact shop@vandaboutique.com . VANDA BOUTIQUE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

  • Returns authorized by VANDA BOUTIQUE must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

  • VANDA BOUTIQUE reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for VANDA BOUTIQUE or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.

  • VANDA BOUTIQUE also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set out.
    In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
    Any acceptance of such returns will in any case entail a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

  • The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the VANDA BOUTIQUE website is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code relating to:

a) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
b) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

By way of example and not limited to, the following products are certainly excluded from the right of withdrawal:

– Some items from the Underwear/Lingerie section (where expressly indicated).

For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, VANDA BOUTIQUE provides the consumer customer with specific information directly in the product sheet.
However, VANDA BOUTIQUE reserves the right to accept the request for withdrawal even for goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation on distance selling shall apply.
